DIGITAL SOLUTIONS & VIRTUALIZATION
This track is dedicated to advancing the use of computational modeling and data-driven decision-making to improve the integrity and performance of non-metallic structures in demanding energy applications.
Key Objectives
Development and validation of high-fidelity numerical models that simulate the mechanical behavior and failure mechanisms of non-metallic infrastructures exposed to harsh Oil & Gas service environments. These models support design optimization, life prediction, and integrity assessment.
Integration of digital technologies to transform data from Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) into valuable insights. We develop and deploy digital solutions, such as AI-based analytics, machine learning algorithms, and digital twins, that enable real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, and informed decision-making.
Creation of user-friendly digital tools and platforms that bridge the gap between advanced simulation results and field-level engineering decisions. These tools are designed to support engineers and operators with intuitive interfaces, customized reporting, and scalable deployment across assets.
By combining physics-based modeling with intelligent data interpretation, this track aims to develop reliable and scalable digital tools that support safer and more cost-effective operations throughout the lifecycle of non-metallic materials.
